Your body, mind, and experiences are uniquely yours and so is your path to balance. In our 1:1 coaching, I meet you exactly where you are, guiding you through life’s challenges with grounded habits, mindful practices, and steady support so you can grow toward the life you envision.
Together, we create your AyurVidya Protocol to make the most significant impact in what matters to you.

Phase 1:
Foundation & Grounding
(60 minutes - 75 minutes)
We begin your journey with a comprehensive health and wellness assessment to build the foundation of our work together. During this time, we will discover what aspects of your life can use balance and what your short-term and long-term goals are. After this call, you will receive educational materials on topics that we discussed and simple practices that can be implemented before your AyurVidya Protocol is constructed.

Phase 2:
Building Your AyurVidya Protocol
(45 minutes - 60 minutes)
We’ll review your personalized protocol, focusing on your top three priorities and introducing simple, sustainable habits. Using the 80/20 rule, we’ll target the small actions that create the greatest impact- keeping your plan realistic, nourishing, and free from overwhelm.

Phase 3:
Integration & Long-Term Alignment
(30 minutes - 45 minutes)
Follow-up sessions are a chance to check in, celebrate what’s working, and fine-tune your habits so they continue to feel natural and supportive. We’ll adapt your routines with the seasons, ensuring you stay grounded, energized, and aligned with what matters most. These are best scheduled bi-weekly at first, then monthly, and/or anytime you feel you need to reassess your AyurVidya Protocol.
