Hi, I’m Sarah Braganza, a Registered Nurse, Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, and Certified Yoga Teacher. Rooted in the vibrant West Indian heritage, Ayurveda isn’t just something I studied; it’s how I was raised. Herbal teas, warming spices, and sacred daily rituals were lovingly passed down from my mother, Vidya, as a way to maintain health. She was my first healer and my greatest teacher. When she passed away from cancer, I became a nurse with a deep desire to carry her legacy forward and help others find healing.
AyurVidya means “knowledge of life.” It brings together the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and the practical guidance needed to apply it in modern life. At its core, it carries the spirit of my mother and the cultural roots she so generously shared with me.
Through AyurVidya with Sarah, I offer accessible, personalized healing that weaves together lifestyle practices, nutrition, breath, movement, and spiritual care. This is where ancestral wisdom meets modern wellness with heart.
💉 From Oncology Nurse to Holistic Healer
As a Pediatric Oncology Nurse, I couldn't help but give my all to my patients. But over time, I lost touch with my own well-being. I battled constant headaches, fatigue, emotional stress, and hormonal imbalance. Eventually, I came to a difficult but necessary realization: I couldn’t continue to pour from an empty cup.
In response, I made a powerful choice. I took time away from work to reclaim my health and restore balance. During that time, I immersed myself in the tools I now share with my clients: Ayurvedic routines, yoga, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and DBT-based practices. I was able to recover and rebuild my life with intention, balance, and deeper purpose. And now, I help others do the same.

I’ve seen firsthand how stress, chronic illness, and imbalance can impact every aspect of a person’s life. As someone who has faced burnout and autoimmune disease myself, I know that true healing takes more than prescriptions—it takes daily care of the mind, body, and spirit.
That’s why I combine the evidence-based knowledge I've gained through nursing with the holistic tools of Ayurveda and yoga. My mission is to give you practical, sustainable ways to regulate your nervous system, support your hormones, and create a lifestyle where you feel resilient, nourished, and in control of your own well-being.
